Billing & cancellation, in plain terms
- Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time by email — no fee. Your plan runs through the end of the month you’ve paid for. If your signed agreement sets a notice period, that applies.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.
- Billing concern? Email us first — we’d rather fix it directly than through a dispute.

How does billing work?
One-time website builds are invoiced as agreed in your order — usually before or at the start of work. Recurring care and growth plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD), and payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How long does a build take?
Many one-time builds go live within days of kickoff, depending on scope and how quickly we receive your content and approvals. Larger or more complex builds take longer, and you'll get a firm timeline in your order before we start. Recurring care and growth work is ongoing each month.
How do I update my payment method?
Email hello@brianbuildsweb.com and we'll send a secure link to update the card or bank account on file through Stripe. We never handle or store your full card details ourselves.
How do I cancel?
Email us any time to cancel a recurring plan — there's no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month; your services continue through the period you've paid for. See our Terms of Service for the full cancellation and refund policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plan fees aren't prorated or refunded for partial months, since the plan is an ongoing monthly service. One-time build fees are non-refundable once work has started. If you think you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card and bank details are handled directly by Stripe — we don't collect or store them on our systems.
