Ember & Salt
A candlelit noir fine-dining theme that makes you hungry first and asks for the reservation second.

What this theme is built to drive
The outcomes the signature feature is designed to move for a brand like this — goals, not delivered results.
The brief
Most restaurant sites bury their best asset in a menu PDF and end at a phone number. This theme is for chef-driven rooms where the meal is a story — and the site's one job is making you hungry enough to book before you look away.
The idea
Tell the menu as a scroll story: each course gets a numeral, an italic name, one line of story and a pour, with the plate assembling and igniting in pure CSS as it enters view — then hand that appetite straight to a date/party/seating picker with believable scarcity.
The build
A scroll-progress ember spine, six candlelit course photographs framed as plates, a stateful reservation flow with seat-count logic, a live-fire dining room scene, and a private-dining inquiry path. Next.js + Tailwind + Motion.
